On Friday morning, the hanging body of a young man was recovered from a mango tree in the garden behind Dukhharan place of ward number nine under Sikandra police station of Jamui district. This spread sensation in the area. A crowd of local people gathered to see the dead body hanging from the tree.
The local people informed this to Sikandra police station. After the information, the police reached the spot and the body hanging from the tree was brought down. The deceased youth was identified as Shyamdev Chaudhary, son of Krishna Chaudhary, resident of Chevra in Shekhpura district.
According to the information, the deceased Shyamdev Choudhary had come to his in-laws’ house, Santosh Choudhary of Sikandra ward number nine, two days ago. It is said that Santosh Chaudhary is the son-in-law of Baleshwar Chaudhary, who has settled in Sikandra. A year ago, Shyamdev Chaudhary was married to Santosh Chaudhary’s daughter Asahi Devi. There was a family dispute going on after the marriage. Due to a dispute with his wife, once a Panchayati was organized by the local representative. But still the dispute was not resolved.
Meanwhile, on Friday morning, the body of Shyamdev Choudhary was found hanging from a rope from a mango tree in the garden. Looking at the dead body, it appears that Shyamdev Chaudhary has been killed and hanged from a tree. At present, after reaching the spot, the police are interrogating the family members for investigation.
Regarding the incident, Sikandra police station incharge Mintu Singh said that information was received that the body of a youth was hanging from a mango tree with the help of a noose. The police have taken the body into their custody and started investigating the case.
